Michael J. Schroeder brings more than 20 years of employee survey consulting experience in the field of employee survey research to the organization. As President of Foresight, based in Lake Zurich, IL, he is responsible for leading the team dedicated to designing and implementing large-scale employee engagement survey systems for some of the world’s largest organizations.

In recognition of his contributions to the survey and training field, Schroeder has won international awards from Human Resource Executive and Training magazines. He is a frequent speaker and instructor and major conferences regarding surveys and post-survey action planning strategies. In addition, he holds a U.S. patent for hardware and software that accelerates collection and processing of survey data.
