VP, Lightspeed Research – The Foresight Group

Paul Stavropoulos is vice president of Information and Technology with Lightspeed Research – The Foresight Group.

He has designed UNIX-based software systems to process surveys for some of the world’s largest organizations over the past 15 years, including General Motors and AT&T.

Paul is an award-winning pioneer in the field of employee surveys. In 1990, he received a 10 Best Products Award from HR Executive magazine for his IVR- telephone survey technology, working with Ameritech as a strategic partner.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Elmhurst College and a master’s in Computer Science from DePaul University.
