Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from conception right through to completion. They will provide excellent client service to internal and external clients, liaise directly with vendors and be responsible for delivering high quality online research projects to clients within agreed timelines.

Roles/Responsibilities:

The Project Manager position offers you the opportunity to manage client projects from start to finish, producing quality results to tight deadlines. Key responsibilities include:

• Consulting with clients to understand key aspects of the project including sample specifications, time lines and survey questionnaire
• Liaising across departments and with overseas colleagues to ensure projects run smoothly
• Planning and managing the project to ensure time objectives are met
• Ensure online questionnaires are accurate and thoroughly tested
• Managing fieldwork and quotas, ensuring available sample is efficiently used
• Managing the data quality assurance process

Minimum Qualifications:

A minimum of one – two year’s mainstream research experience, with a good understanding of traditional research survey methods and data collection techniques. Specific requirements include:

• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and client management skills
• Strong problem solving skills and excellent time management you will be able to work proactively when managing script and host projects / client requests.
• Excellent communication skills – managing client expectations and communicating calmly, and in a timely manner
• Client management experience, with a relentless focus on delivering exceptional client service
• Familiarity with technological tools including Excel, SPSS and aptitude for web-based survey tools
• Good English language skills are essential, and either Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese or Korean language skills are an advantage (but not essential).
