Job Summary:

Support the LSR Operation Teams as Expert on the Panel Management System (MAPSys). Be the key contact within the Research Technology team for MAPSys support, training, testing and updates.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Support the Operations Team by testing and enhancing the Panel Management System (MAPSys);
• Support and be an active part of the MAPSys User group;
• First line User support for Mapsys (Europe);
• First line of contact for Mapsys-Development-team;
• Support the migration/set-up of new Panels;
• Provide MAPSys Training, updates and Support;
• Provide MAPSys performance reports;
• Perform UAT (User acceptance Testing) for new developments;
• Develop and document a “Best Practice” for using MAPSys;
• Support the migration and set-up of new Panels;
• Provide MAPSys performance and utilization reports;
• Keep Request/Bug-list (Footprints) up-to-date.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor level education or equivalent experience.
• Experience in working in the Market Research area, especially with Sampling and Panel management.
• Experience in working with data and data processing.
• Experience with programming environments and databases.
• Good knowledge of Market Research.
• General knowledge of Panels and Panel management.
• Knowledge of scripting/data processing language.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications like Excel, Access, SQL or any other DB programs.
• Detail oriented individual.
• Logical and analytical thinking, good problem solver.
• Flexible and able to multi-task and work under time pressure to meet dead-lines.
• Good team worker but also able to complete your tasks independently.
• Service oriented.
• Web-affine.
