Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a strong Sales Assistant to join our North America Business Development team in Basking Ridge, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity to start in a position that can provide growth and advancement in our business development department.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Query proprietary database to estimate project feasibility.
• Provide pricing for online market research studies through written proposals to clients.
• Communicate with clients to provide creative solutions to proposal requests.
• Work with outside vendors and partners in the US and in other countries.
• Liaise with project management, panel management, finance, and clients.
• Compile and prepare proposal, sales activity, and profitability reports.
• Responsibility for the daily maintenance of the proposal database. (i.e. invoicing, uploading cost sheets, cost adjustments)
• Perform other sales and research related functions as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4 year degree or relevant experience.
• Market research experience a plus.
• Strong MS Office abilities (must be highly proficient in Excel)
• SPSS experience highly desirable

• Ability to handle a large volume of proposals and meet tight deadlines.

• Ability to speak with senior level clients.
