The programme: A two year rotational programme based in our London, UK or Warren, NJ office.

Commitment to learning: Our programme is designed in a way to ensure continual learning – and whilst a huge amount of this will be through your daily experiences, you will also undertake training days and sessions on topics varying from project management, to client facing skills, presenting and even self-awareness. You will have a personal development plan to ensure you’re on track and we can work together to target your key interests or needs.
We’re here for you: You will have a dedicated mentor who will help guide you through your time with us. They will be experienced and knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. They will be able to help ensure you get the most from this programme, and that we get the most from you.

The application process:
As you’d expect, we want to make sure that we get the right match, for both us and our future stars. We have therefore designed an assessment process which will put you through your paces – to assess not just your academics, but your fit within our team. At the same time, you will learn more about our business and what it’s like to work with us. After passing a video interview, you will be invited to an assessment day. Think creative group sessions, formal interviews, presentations, gaming-based online assessments and maybe even a friendly game of table football to help us get to know you better! Assessment days will be held in our Westminster, London and Warren, NJ offices and are anticipated to take place in February / March 2018.
