Centralized global operations
Chris Stevens, Lightspeed Research Chief Operating Officer, explains how the changes we’ve made to global operations will have a positive impact on clients’ projects:
Online research has truly become a global phenomenon. At Lightspeed Research, our business has always adapted to the changing needs of online research. The re-structure of our global operations is the next phase in ensuring that we’re able to provide a continued high quality service to clients around the world.
Centralizing our operations under 1 team enables us to provide 3 main benefits to clients’ projects:
1. 24/7 work flow – by using our capability to run projects in either the US, Europe or Asia / Pacific, we are able to offer clients the flexibility to complete projects on their timescales - removing the issue of time differences.
2. Global best practice – clients have the reassurance that whether it’s a single country or global study, the same high quality standards and procedures are maintained.
3. Consistent research processes – our new Director of Training and Development, Denise McGrew, supports our global best practices. By ensuring that we have a continuous process evaluation, we are able to match our processes to your needs.
Denise is also responsible for our ongoing training programmes that give our staff a consistent depth of research knowledge and the ability to have a full understanding of your business requirements. Denise is also available to present our best practices to you and your teams.
These changes, combined with the appointment of Bonnie Breslauer as Global Development Director, allow us to build on our strong global platform to provide consistent, high quality project and operational procedures around the world.
