Michael Gazala is an accomplished business executive and a strong leader in the research industry. Prior to joining Lightspeed Research, Michael served as Senior Vice President of Forrester Data (a division of Forrester Research, Inc.) where he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business aimed at helping clients make better strategic decisions by leveraging Forrester’s consumer research capabilities. Michael’s previous experience includes several senior positions at Forrester, most recently when he led the North American Research organization’s efforts in industries such as healthcare, financial services, media and retail. Earlier in his career, Michael contributed his leadership skills to State Street Boston, Northwest Airlines, and Morgan Stanley. |

David began his commercial career in 1988 at AC Nielsen (UK) as Director of Operations. Prior to joining Lightspeed Research, David served as Managing Director for NetRatings, Europe, Middle East and Africa since 2003.
David brings a depth of market specific expertise and has a solid understanding of Europe’s principle markets that will support him in our commitment of being a leader in the European market and in the provision of quality online market research solutions. |

Chris began his career in market research in 1986 and brings extensive knowledge and expertise to Lightspeed Research in panel design, research design, weighting, and quality management.
In his role as Chief Research Officer, Chris has a global responsibility for Research Operations, Research Technology, Panel Operations, and Training and Development. He also leads Lightspeed Research's "Research on Research" initiatives and regularly presents at leading industry events. |

Prior to joining Lightspeed Research, Chris served in business development and financial analysis roles at Honeywell International. He also spent eight years in the U.S. Navy's Submarine Force. Chris is responsible for all aspects of Lightspeed Research's financial performance and leads strategy development within the company. |

Antonio joins Lightspeed Research with extensive experience in developing and leading high-performance Information Technology solutions and teams---globally. He is an accomplished and respected Operations, Information Technology and Business Management professional with over 28 years of experience across a number of businesses and technology practices. Antonio has extensive domestic and international experience in leading and directing business and technology initiatives for medium to large corporations.
Antonio is responsible for all aspects of Lightspeed Research’s Information Technology strategy, operations and innovations world-wide.
Prior to joining Lightspeed Research, Antonio was COO/CIO of Petals, Inc. a multi-channel direct marketing company. Prior to his position at Petals, Antonio served in senior management roles at Camdens, Bookspan, a Bertelsmann AG company, Becton Dickinson, Fiat Spa, Jaguar Cars, as well as, management consulting providing strategic and tactical expertise to operating units, investors and boards. |

Francesco joins Lightspeed Research with over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales and new business development and an extensive pharmaceutical background. Prior to joining Lightspeed Research, Francesco served as Vice President of GfK Market Measures where he led the Specialty Market Business Development Team. Prior to joining GfK, Francesco was responsible for account management and business development for pharmaceutical and biotech companies at Wolters Kluwer (formerly NDC Health). Francesco’s previous experience also includes several senior positions at IMS Health, Manager of International Relations at The Mount Sinai Medical Center, and Program Manager for HIP New York. Francesco began his career in Europe in pharmaceutical and insurance product management. Francesco holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florence, Italy. |

Terry joins Lightspeed Research with over 14 years of management experience in the market research and IT industry. Prior to his role at Lightspeed Research, Terry served as Business Group Director of GfK Research and Consulting where he managed the financial, HR and sales and marketing sectors, as well as supporting research and development. Terry has also served as founder and Executive Director of Inform Research, a leading market research company in the entertainment sector. His previous experience includes management roles for companies within the IT industry across Europe. |
